In 2016, Habitat Charlotte’s board and staff created and adopted an ambitious Strategic Plan to take the organization into the next decade. With strategic goals in four main areas that comprise the mission – people, homes, communities and hope – the plan is helping to drive and focus the organization’s staff toward an even greater impact on Charlotte’s affordable housing crisis.
