If approved for a Habitat home, only then will you be required to attend the Homeowners In Process (HIP) courses listed below. These courses are meant to help you be successful in the homeownership process and give you tips to succeed!

Week three: Home Security Systems & Energy Efficiency

Week four: Building Wealth & Financial Security

Week five: Home Maintenance Workshop

Week six: Second Harvest Food Bank

Week seven: Money Smart

Week eight: Post-closing Success & Living in Your Neighborhood

Week nine: Diversity & Conflict Resolution

Week ten: Closing & Mortgage Documents & the Importance of Homeowners Insurance

Week eleven: Graduation Dinner and Celebration!!
