Take the first step toward homeownership!

In order to apply to be a Habitat homeowner, you must first attend a Habitat Charlotte homeownership orientation and receive an application. Orientations are usually held twice a month at Plaza Presbyterian Church. You must attend an orientation to receive the application.

Please bring:

• A copy of one month's worth of your most recent pay stubs (or proof of income from SSI, social security, disability, retirement, or child support) with you to the orientation to turn in with your application
• $5 application fee in the form of check or money order
