Pay My Mortgage

Here is how the process works:

At the beginning of every month, your monthly mortgage payment information will be loaded into the Wells Fargo e-Bill Express software. You will be able to log onto the system and pay your mortgage online.

I've made an on-line payment and now I would like to just set my payment online to happen automatically every month. Can I do that?
Starting July 1, 2016, homeowners can set up a recurring payment. Recurring payments must be set up sometime between the 2nd and the 28th of the month, giving us time to load the file early in case the 1st of the month falls on a weekend or holiday. Two steps are required:

  1. Enroll in the e-Bill Express system. Click here for detailed enrollment instructions.

Starting July 1, 2016, Habitat Charlotte will not accept paper draft request forms for homeowner accounts.

Habitat Critical Home Repair homeowners can still fill out a draft request form so that an auto-payment can be set up. We will look into adding an automatic enrollment feature for Critical Home Repair homeowners at a future date.

I'm currently on your draft program. Can I make an online payment?
Yes, if you are on our draft program you can still use the system to make an online extra payment in addition to your monthly draft.

What if I'm already on the auto draft program, but I want to enroll and pay online instead?
If you are currently on the auto draft program, call Ivy Johnson at (704) 716-5628 Monday, Wednesday and Friday between 8:00 a.m. and 1:00 p.m. to take yourself off the draft first. After you are removed from the auto draft program, you can go ahead and set up recurring payments online.

Where is my bill? I do not see one for me in the system.
Your bill may not have been loaded. Please call Ivy Johnson at (704) 716-5628 on Monday, Wednesday or Friday between 8:00 a.m. and 1:00 p.m.

Am I required to use this service?
No, this is an optional service.

What if I already paid for this month by check or money order?
If you have already paid the current month, just wait until your next bill is loaded.
