House Plans

Habitat Charlotte has 8 house designs ranging in size from a 2-Bedroom plan with 1 bath to to a 5 -Bedroom, 2.5 Bath design.

Please note the following important information about our plans.

Plans include both historic (H) and standard (S) exterior details. Habitat Charlotte is currently only building (H) exteriors thanks to generous funding by the City of Charlotte.
Each of the links below contains a complete set of plans (foundation, electrical, plumbing, etc.) if you just want the floor plans (most helpful for volunteer leaders) print page 2 for the Historic Upgrade Floor Plan.
House plans also include both slab and crawl details.
The plans have a revision date listed on them. To insure that you have the latest version you may wish to check back on this website before building.
These plans were created to be utilized by Habitat for Humanity of Charlotte. For uses outside of Habitat for Humanity Charlotte projects, Habitat for Humanity Charlotte, its staff and volunteers assume no liability.
