Habitat Charlotte has 9 house designs ranging in size from a 2-bedroom, 1 bath design up to a 5-bedroom, 2.5 bath design and one 2-story plan.

Please note the following important information about our plans.

  • These plans were created to be utilized by Habitat for Humanity of Charlotte. For uses outside of Habitat for Humanity Charlotte projects, Habitat for Humanity Charlotte, its staff and volunteers assume no liability.

These are all .pdf files of between 5 and 8 megs. in size.

Charlotte ReStore

The ReStore takes in donations of new and used items such as furniture, building materials, and appliances, and resells those items to the public. All proceeds benefit Habitat for Humanity of Charlotte. Visit Site

Julia's Coffee & Used Books

Julia's Coffee, located next to the Wendover ReStore, is another fundraising division of Habitat Charlotte. They serve coffee (and coffee drinks), sandwiches, smoothies, pastries, and have a huge section of like-new books for sale. Visit Site
